DELIVERY TIMES
Most orders are shipped within 48hrs. Please allow up to 7-14 days on the avalibility of stock.

Credit Cards are only charged on dispatch.

If you hold a UK bank account we will accept cheques drawn on your UK bank.

We accept orders by telephone, by fax or E-mail using the following credit and debit cards: VISA / MASTERCARD/ SWITCH and AMEX

To order online, buy through the product page. The order form is hosted on a secure server (PayPal) for your protection.
 

Terms and Conditions of Sale

This contract does not effect your statutory rights.

Our normal payment terms are credit card payment at the time of order via the Internet, credit card or cheque payment with a written order by post. Other payment methods will be considered on an individual basis.

Prices for all goods and the shipping costs are shown on our website and in our price list. All Prices and shipping costs are in Pounds Sterling. Shipping costs are to United Kingdom postal code addresses. Outside the UK we will supply individual quotations for shipping cost.

An acknowledgement of orders placed via our website will be sent, confirming the item(s) purchased, the price(s) and shipping cost, the invoice (and delivery)address, and an indication of delivery time.

This contract allows you the right to a cooling off period of seven (7) working days during which you may cancel your order for any reason. The seven working days starts the day after receiving the goods.

The regulations require the consumer to confirm a cancellation in writing by e-mail, fax or by post within the seven working days of receipt of the goods. The regulations also require the consumer to take "reasonable care" of the goods that have been supplied. If you exercise your right to cancel, Health and Vitality4life requires you to return the goods and pay for the cost of return.

In the event of cancellation within the cooling off period, a full credit card refund or repayment will be made within 30 days of the date of notice of cancellation.

No substitute goods will be supplied without prior consultation and acceptance by the purchaser.

Complaints Procedure

Health and Vitality4life endeavours to respond to all complaints within 5 working days. We will advise you how long we expect it will take to resolve the complaint and keep you informed throughout the process.
